Taught as a self-aid/buddy-aid task, the TMT requires minimal training to instantly treat life-threatening hemorrhage of an extremity.

The Alphapointe TMT Tourniquet is a patented, high-performance, life-saving device designed for use in emergency and tactical situations to control bleeding.
