Magazine Restrictions
There are currently no federal restrictions on the sale of high capacity magazines, but several states do have their own restrictions.

California: No magazines over 10 rounds, LE ok with credentials.
Colorado: No magazines over 15 rounds, LE ok with credentials.
Connecticut: No magazines over 15 rounds, LE ok with credentials.
District of Columbia: No magazines over 10 rounds, Including LE.
Hawaii: No handgun or rifle magazines over 10 rounds.
Maryland: No magazines over 10 rounds, Including LE.
Massachusetts: No magazines over 10 rounds, LE ok with credentials (Including Retired LE).
New Jersey: No magazines over 10 rounds, Including LE.
New York: No magazines over 10 rounds, LE ok with credentials.

Firearms Restrictions
Guns, Receivers, actions, and frame sales require an FFL and are only allowed with the strictest adherence to federal regulations. Such orders will be held until we verify your FFL is on file.

FFL requirements are as follows:

It must be a current, certified-copy with an original signature in ink!
If it has been changed or altered in any way it will be considered invalid.
FFL purchases will only be sent to the address on the FFL - no exceptions.
We will keep your FFL on file until it expires, at which time you will need to send us a renewed, certified copy.

Ammo Restrictions: Ammunition Order Form

You must be 18 or older to purchase shotgun or rifle ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition must be shipped Domestic Ground. Shipping not available for International, DC, and MA residents. Residents of CA, DE, IL, NY and OH, may have additional restrictions. Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your firearms. Check your state and local laws for any other applicable firearms and ammunition regulations.

Illinois residents must provide a copy of your valid FOID card and driver's license to purchase ammunition. This is for orders with shipping and/or billing addresses within Illinois.

Automatic Knife Restrictions : Automatic Knife Form

Federal regulations restrict the sale of automatic knives to anyone other than United States Military, Federal Law Enforcement, Law Enforcement, Fire, Rescue and EMT personnel with acceptance of the "Auto Knife Opening Acknowledgment Form".

Export Policy and Restrictions

The U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control administer export control regulations that affect some aspects of our business. We request that you (the "Customer") read and familiarize yourself with the following regarding certain applicable export regulations.

Export Policy and Restrictions - Published Policy

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR): Some of the item(s) on this website are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and export is strictly prohibited without authorization or a license issued by the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Export Administration Regulations (EAR): Some of the item(s) on this website are subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and export may be restricted by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security. Important Export Restrictions Warning!

(1) Export of some Botach Tactical products is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State, in accordance withInternational Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 C.F.R. 120-130) or a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce, in accordance with theExport Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 C.F.R. 730-774).

(2) U.S. law prohibits the sale, transfer, or export of items to certain restricted parties, destinations, and embargoed countries, as identified on lists maintained by the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. Federal Magazine & Ammunition Shipping Restrictions

18 USC § 922

(g) It shall be unlawful for any person—

(1) who has been convicted in any court of, a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year;

(2) who is a fugitive from justice;

(3) who is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802));

(4) who has been adjudicated as a mental defective or who has been committed to a mental institution;

(5) who, being an alien—

(A) is illegally or unlawfully in the United States; or

(B) except as provided in subsection (y)(2), has been admitted to the United States under a nonimmigrant visa (as that term is defined in section 101(a)(26) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8U.S.C. 1101 (a)(26)));

(6) who has been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions;

(7) who, having been a citizen of the United States, has renounced his citizenship;

(8) who is subject to a court order that—

(A) was issued after a hearing of which such person received actual notice, and at which such person had an opportunity to participate;

(B) restrains such person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner of such person or child of such intimate partner or person, or engaging in other conduct that would place an intimate partner in reasonable fear of bodily injury to the partner or child; and

(C)

(i) includes a finding that such person represents a credible threat to the physical safety of such intimate partner or child; or

(ii) by its terms explicitly prohibits the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force against such intimate partner or child that would reasonably be expected to cause bodily injury; or

(9) who has been convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, to ship or transport in interstate or foreign commerce, or possess in or affecting commerce, any firearm or ammunition; or to receive any firearm or ammunition which has been shipped or transported in interstate or foreign commerce.

(n) It shall be unlawful for any person who is under indictment for a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year to ship or transport in interstate or foreign commerce any firearm or ammunition or receive any firearm or ammunition which has been shipped or transported in interstate or foreign commerce.

Magazine & Ammunition Shipping Restrictions by State

Alaska No ammunition or primer shipments.

California

No ammunition feeding devices over 10 rounds. No Tracer or Incendiary ammunition. We are no longer shipping Ammunition to California due to increase restrictions by the California State legislature.
