Program: Botach 1-to-1 Support SMS
Sender: A dedicated Botach.com phone number used via Microsoft Teams
Purpose: Service/support conversations only (no marketing, no bulk, no automation).
Botach provides one-to-one, human-to-human SMS conversations between a Botach representative and an individual customer for order updates, product/service support, and troubleshooting. No promotional or marketing messages are sent through this program. Message frequency varies by the conversation. Message & data rates may apply.
This program uses Microsoft Teams SMS with 10DLC and is available for numbers in the United States (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. Messages to/from other regions are not supported.
We record the timestamp, IP address, user agent, and consent source (checkout/account/YES) in our systems. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Service/support only (e.g., order questions, delivery issues, returns/RMA coordination, product support). No marketing or mass/bulk messaging. Links, when included, point only to %%GLOBAL_ShopPathSSL%% (no public link shorteners).
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. After we process your request, you will receive a confirmation and no further texts will be sent unless you later reply START.
Opt-out confirmation sample: “You’ve opted out of SMS from Botach.com. You will no longer receive texts from this number. Reply START to resume.”

Links in program messages resolve only to botach.com. We do not use public URL shorteners (e.g., bit.ly, tinyurl) in this program.
Messages are limited to service/support. We do not use SMS to advertise or sell restricted items. This program is intended for adults. If you are under 13, do not use this service. (See Privacy Notice for details.)
Delivery may be delayed or undelivered due to network issues. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
